Refund policy

Pavilion BR Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is made and terms are agreed to, the booking has started and there will be no refunds. The rental fee is also non-refundable once booking is officially confirmed and paid in full.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

-Non-refundable Rental Fee: The rental fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
-Rain Check: Customers are allowed one rain check to reschedule due to inclement weather. Notification must be given 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Reschedules after 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.
-Date Change Fee: A new deposit is required to reschedule/rebook, along with a $100.00 date change fee.

Weather Policy:

-In the event of inclement weather posing a safety risk or preventing the event from proceeding as planned, the Pavilion BR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event.
